Please note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Items marked with "CLEARANCE SALE", "ARCHIVE SALE", hair accessories and gift cards. 

Following requirements must be met for your returns or exchanges:​

  • Items must be posted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item/s must be in original condition with all original tags and hygiene stickers remaining in place.
  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way.​
  • Free gifts (if any) must be returned if part or all of the order is being returned. If an order is returned without the free gifts, listed gift original price will be deducted from the return value. Free gifts are non-exchangeable. 

Upon receipt of returned items, Floating reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Returns

Items discounted by 25% or less are eligible for refund to the original payment method.

Items discounted by more than 25% are eligible for refund to gift cards only. The gift card will be emailed to you and will expire in 3 years. 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Please be advised that initial and return shipping, customs tax and duties(if any) are at the customer's cost and are non-refundable.

No restock fee.

Exchange

Exchanges are only available to customers living in Australia and New Zealand.

For customers living in other countries, please place a new order and return the original item.

Once we have received your package, we will send out the new item within 2 business days.

If you have any special requests, such as changing to a different color or style, or if you need the exchanged item urgently for a trip, please contact us at hello@floatingswim.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Wrong Order or Faulty Item

We are sorry this happened. If you received the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our support team at hello@floatingswim.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
